Senior Performance Marketer

We work closely with brands to build impactful communication and marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. We are looking for an experienced, analytical and ownership-driven Senior Performance Marketer to join our growing Performance Marketing team.

As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will independently manage the strategy, execution, optimisation, tracking and reporting of performance marketing campaigns for multiple clients
You will be responsible for understanding business objectives, translating them into effective media strategies, managing advertising budgets and improving campaign outcomes across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
The role also involves independently managing tracking systems, resolving attribution issues, leading day-to-day client communication and guiding junior team members

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop performance marketing strategies based on client objectives, target audiences, budgets, customer journeys and business KPIs
  • Independently plan, set up, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant digital platforms
  • Select appropriate campaign objectives, formats, bidding strategies and optimisation events based on the client’s business goals
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Meta and Google advertising algorithms and use platform signals effectively to improve campaign performance
  • Manage multiple client accounts and oversee day-to-day performance marketing requirements
  • Build campaign structures covering keyword strategy, targeting, audience segmentation, re-marketing, bidding and budget allocation
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to improve return on advertising spend and support business growth
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversions, revenue, cost efficiency and scalability
  • Conduct keyword, audience, competitor and market research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends and Semrush
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Analytics and other reporting platforms
  • Build performance reports, optimisation summaries and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead client discussions related to campaign performance, strategy, tracking, optimisation and future planning
  • Independently set up and manage events through Meta Events Manager
  • Implement, verify and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, event tracking and Conversion API integrations
  • Define appropriate standard and custom events based on the client’s website and conversion journey
  • Independently implement and troubleshoot Google Ads conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Set up and verify enhanced conversions to improve the accuracy of conversion measurement
  • Manage Google Merchant Center, product feeds, diagnostics and integrations for e-commerce campaigns
  • Work with Shopify websites and Shopify Analytics to evaluate product performance, customer journeys, conversion rates and revenue attribution
  • Manage and verify advertising, analytics and tracking integrations with Shopify
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies related to tracking, attribution, event duplication, conversion reporting and platform integrations
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, development and client servicing teams to improve campaign outcomes
  • Guide junior team members on campaign setup, platform algorithms, tracking, reporting and optimisation best practices
  • Stay updated with advertising platform changes, privacy developments, measurement practices and emerging performance marketing opportunities

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital advertising
  • Prior experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency is strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
