At VIKST, we're building the leading eCommerce growth agency in the GCC. We're looking for an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes Meta Ads, understands Shopify and DTC growth, and knows how to scale brands profitably 🔥

This isn't just a media buying role. You'll own your client portfolio, build growth strategies, and have the opportunity to become a Performance Marketing Lead, mentoring specialists and leading your own pod.

What you’ll be working on:

• Own and scale Meta Ads strategies for DTC and Shopify brands
• Develop creative strategies, video scripts, hooks, concepts, and angles
• Lead persona testing, creative testing, and creative diversity in Meta's post-Andromeda landscape
• Identify growth opportunities across CRO, landing pages, and eCommerce funnels
• Optimise the KPIs that matter, including CAC, MER, LTV, lifetime gross profit, AOV, and profitability
• Lead client calls, build trust, and drive client satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with dedicated creative specialists and our development team

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has managed millions in Meta Ads spend (USD) with proven eCommerce results
• Understands creative strategy, persona testing, and profitable Shopify growth
• Thinks beyond Ads Manager and understands the entire eCommerce business
• Communicates confidently and builds strong, long-term client relationships
• Is obsessed with client satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth
• Thrives remotely, takes ownership, and works independently
• Uses AI intelligently while bringing actual expertise, original thinking and human communication
• Is ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into leadership

Bonus points: Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, or GCC eCommerce experience. Arabic is not required. Meta Ads mastery is non-negotiable.

Skills

- Proven expertise in Meta Ads and scaling Shopify/DTC eCommerce brands

- 5+ years of performance marketing experience

- Experience managing large advertising budgets profitably

- Strong creative strategy, testing, and optimisation skills

- Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, MER, LTV, and CRO

- Excellent English communication and client management skills

- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities

- Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset

- Leadership potential and ability to mentor specialists
