You will support the branch manager with branch operations and targets. You will manage and grow a client portfolio, build client and partner relationships, provide financial advice, propose tailored solutions, help finance client plans, and contribute to the sales plan.
Responsibilities
- Support branch operations and achievement of targets
- Manage and actively grow an assigned client portfolio
- Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners
- Provide professional financial advice
- Propose tailored solutions for clients
- Help clients finance their plans and identify optimal loan solutions
- Deliver the sales plan and contribute to branch success
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination
- Czech language proficiency
- Financial-services experience
- Sales skills
- Ability to identify client needs, recommend solutions, and close business opportunities
- Completed Czech Banking Association certifications
