- Centre Location: North, Central, North-east
- Monthly salary: Up to $8000 + good benefits
A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking Senior/Pharmacist to join their clinics located in the north, central and north-east parts of Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications safely and accurately while providing comprehensive medication counselling to patients and caregivers.
- Conduct medication reviews, identify and resolve drug-related problems, and make evidence-based therapeutic recommendations to ensure safe and cost-effective treatment.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and assistants in outpatient pharmacy operations and patient care.
- Contribute to the education and training of pharmacy students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and pharmacy support staff.
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy practice and patient outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Job requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Keen in performing operational duties
