Requirements:- Strong experience in PHP/Laravel development
- Creative problem-solving and programming skills

- Experience with AI/Python would be beneficial
- Join our Innovations Team to work on proof of concepts and AI-enablement initiatives
- Build proof of concepts and the resulting project work across the business
- Work alongside colleagues from multiple disciplines, including data analytics and operations
- Develop primarily within our PHP/Laravel/Vue stack
- Explore emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions beyond our core stack
- Support stakeholder engagement and collaborate with the team in person as needed
