Senior PHP Developer
Summary
PHP Developer will develop and maintain web applications using PHP, with a focus on OOP concepts, REST APIs, and database optimization. The role requires experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel and Symfony, as well as knowledge of MySQL, server tools, and cloud platforms like AWS.
- Strong OOP, DB concepts with problem solving skills
- Solid experience with PHP especially with latest versions
- Proven experience in managing REST based API services
- Good working knowledge of query optimization of MySQL
- Familiarity with server tools (apache, Nginx, php-fpm)
- Good to have Expertise with Symfony and Cloud (AWS)

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or in information technology.
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks Laravel
- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
- Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
