Working Hours: Mondays –Thursdays, 8:00am – 5:30pm; Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm

A leading public healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join its Community Health team.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to understand patients’ physical, functional and environmental needs
Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans to support patients’ recovery and independence
Set therapy goals with patients and caregivers, and monitor progress using appropriate outcome measures
Provide physiotherapy services through home visits and community-based programmes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community partners and caregivers to deliver holistic patient care
Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and Allied Health students
Support education, training, quality improvement and research initiatives
Contribute to service planning and interdisciplinary projects where required
Travel independently within the community to conduct patient visits and support community health programmes

Job Requirements:

Recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore, with a valid Practising Certificate
Min. 3 years of relevant physiotherapy experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients, caregivers and community partners
Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centred care
