Job Description
Join the Physiotherapy team and provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services to patients across a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions based on patients' clinical needs
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans where required
• Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises, mobility and rehabilitation techniques
• Work closely with doctors, nurses and other allied health professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and case management
• Support service improvement, clinical quality and professional development initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required
