About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ping Identity Engineer to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) operations in enterprise production environments.

The professional will be responsible for administering Ping Identity platforms, troubleshooting authentication issues, supporting application integrations, and ensuring the reliability and security of IAM services.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne in production environments.
• Implement and maintain application configurations, authentication policies, and SSO integrations.
• Support application onboarding and configuration changes related to identity and access management.
• Troubleshoot authentication flows, SSO failures, and integration issues.
• Analyze authentication, infrastructure, and application logs to identify and resolve incidents.
• Participate in incident bridges, manage incident and service request queues, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Perform platform health checks, operational monitoring, and routine maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical teams on complex IAM initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne in production environments.
• Solid knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Proven experience troubleshooting authentication flows and SSO integrations.
• Experience analyzing logs using Splunk or similar monitoring tools.
• Strong background in Incident Management and Production Support.
• Ability to work independently on operational activities, incident resolution, and troubleshooting.
• Professional English communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Application Onboarding and SSO configuration changes.
• Knowledge of Platform Health Checks and Security Policies.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk.
• Certifications related to IAM, Identity Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Security.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A Senior IAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Ping Identity technologies, particularly PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in SSO protocols, authentication troubleshooting, production support, and incident management, with the autonomy to resolve operational issues and communicate effectively in a global environment.
