Senior Planner (Construction)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and monitor project schedules as per completion dates simulated in contract.
• Prepare and update baseline programme, 6 months look ahead programme, 3months and 4 weeks rolling programme.
• Prepare monthly progress report with Progress S-curve.
• Coordinate with internal QS and engineers for site progress update and claims.
• Coordinate with client’s planner on programme and progress matters.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic technical expertise and knowledge on Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation works.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering/Construction related disciplines or equivalent field from a recognized institution
• Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc.
• At least 3 Years of relevant experience in the construction and building industry. Preferably specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
