SENIOR PLANNER, WHOLESALE PLANNING INTERNATIONAL – CONVERSE

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of experience in planning or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Strong understanding of retail math and key retail performance indicators
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Experience with global, distributor, licensee, or wholesale markets preferred
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Lead open-to-buy execution across marketplace and sport, aligned to global planning standards
- Build and manage seasonal merchandise financial plans in partnership with Merchandising, Commercial, and Finance teams
- Develop detailed forecasts and set seasonal targets for retail sales, inventory, and orderbook
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates against plan, trend, and forecast
- Identify risks and opportunities across sales, inventory, shipments, and revenue to inform near- and long-term decisions
- Collaborate across channels to unlock shared inventory and profitability opportunities
- Partner with Planning Analytics to enhance reporting, tools, and operational visibility
- Represent Planning in external partner discussions as needed
