Senior Planning Engineer
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to support major engineering, construction, resources, and mining projects.
This role will provide planning expertise across the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of project schedules, with a strong focus on critical path management, forecasting, progress measurement, and management of change. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, Cost Control, and project stakeholders to support the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project execution schedules, including logically linked planning networks, forward and backward passes, schedule constraints, and Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive Basis of Schedule documentation covering assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and critical path information.
- Monitor project milestones, key dates, sequencing, progress, and schedule performance, while identifying and reporting deviations, changes, risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Maintain alignment between Primavera P6 and InEight, including schedule activities, quantities, progress, man-hours, units of measure, and coordination with Cost Controllers on CBS and commodity coding.
- Develop and manage earned value and progress measurement, together with planning deliverables such as resource and equipment histograms, procurement plans, quantity curves, and forecasts.
- Review subcontractor and supplier schedules, coordinate planning interfaces between disciplines and package owners, and support design and constructability reviews.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and confidently present, explain, and support project schedule matters during internal and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related technical discipline
- 5–10 years of project planning experience, including at least 2 years in a senior planning role within the resources industry.
- Expert-level Oracle Primavera P6 Professional capability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
- Strong experience within engineering and construction, particularly across resources and mining projects.
- Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
