Senior/ Planning Engineer (LTA)(MNC)(MRT)
Summary
Plans and tracks large civil construction projects using Primavera P6 and BIM 4D, coordinating schedules with clients and teams to monitor progress and resolve delays.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
Coordinate with client’s planner to ensure smooth operation & planning
Prepare 4 Week Rolling Programme to monitor progress in Weekly Meeting
Prepare and submit monthly progress
Report with Physical Progress S-Curve
Monitor site progress and establish catch up programme if any delay.
Coordinate with QS for Site Progress Claims (4D submission) and EOT Preparation
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Min 5 years' experience in large scale projects with hands-on experience of doing planning and scheduling for civil projects
Positive working attitude & a team player
Proficient in Primavera P6
BIM 4D
