Job Summary (List Format):
- Engage with customers at executive, platform owner, enterprise architect, and development team levels throughout sales, structuring, and implementation phases.
- Provide architectural advisory services across multiple client engagements for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Offer deep architectural expertise in various ServiceNow workflows, including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, and CMDB.
- Build relationships with Centers of Excellence (CoE) and business leaders to support ServiceNow's role in digital transformation initiatives.
- Translate business goals into actionable customer roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard platform for digital transformation.
- Manage technical governance and oversee delivery operating models.
- Maintain instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning with ServiceNow best practices.
- Support sales activities by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
- Contribute actively to the development and sharing of ServiceNow best practices and platform expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive professional services or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated management consulting background.
- Ability to run programs independently, especially in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
- Proven success in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
- Expertise in industry domains and enterprise architecture.
- Experience leading large-scale architecture/design programs and working with cloud application technologies.
- Experience integrating or leveraging AI in workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
