Senior Platform Engineer (Media Systems & Cloud)

3-6 Months contract extendable

Location London UK Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Media Technology platforms, cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform operations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade media platforms.

Experience

• 10-15+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years in Cloud or Platform Engineering
• Experience supporting media workflows and broadcast platforms is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions
• Maintain platform reliability, availability, and performance
• Develop automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices
• Collaborate with application, data, and business teams
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions
