Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable engineering platforms, cloud-native solutions, reusable components, and intelligent automation capabilities. The role focuses on improving developer productivity, platform reliability, software delivery efficiency, and engineering excellence across the AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable engineering platforms, platform products, shared services, reusable APIs, SDKs, and automation frameworks.
• Drive platform modernization, cloud-native adoption, and engineering best practices.
• Build intelligent automation solutions across development, testing, deployment, operations, governance, and security.
• Develop and integrate AI agents, LLM workflows, RAG systems, MCP integrations, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Enhance developer experience through self-service platforms, reusable templates, and engineering accelerators.
• Lead CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform reliability initiatives.
• Implement monitoring, observability, automated remediation, security controls, and compliance guardrails.
• Establish platform standards, engineering patterns, and governance practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, product, and operations teams to improve platform maturity and productivity.

• Exposure to AI-powered engineering, agent-based automation, and developer productivity tools.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, AI/ML, or related technologies.
