Expected experience & skills:
- Kubernetes or OpenShift (deployments, manifests, core resources)
- Cloud platforms (Azure)
- CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions)
- Automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
- Software engineering background (Python, TypeScript, React).
- Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker)
- Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and modern collaboration practices
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps and secure-by-design principles
- Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI and its usage in software development
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience with Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
- Experience and knowledge of Agile WoW
