- As a Senior Platform Engineer (f/m/x), you will design, build, and operate scalable platform services, cloud-native applications, and developer platform capabilities that enable engineering teams to deliver software efficiently, securely, and at scale
- Leveraging your expertise in Golang, distributed systems, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and modern AI-driven engineering practices, you will help shape the next generation of platform solutions and developer experiences across the organization
- Design, develop, and operate cloud-native platform services and distributed systems using Go/Golang, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence
- Build and enhance platform automation, self-service workflows, APIs, and developer platform capabilities to streamline software delivery and improve developer productivity
- Design and implement observability, telemetry, and reliability solutions, leveraging monitoring, logging, tracing, and SRE practices to ensure platform health and performance
- Drive adoption of modern cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes patterns, GitOps practices, and software engineering best practices across the organization
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and observability
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
- Strong engineering mindset with a focus on quality, automation, and operational excellence
- Strong hands-on experience with Public Cloud (preferably GCP),
- Strong software engineering experience with proficiency in a modern programming language. Professional experience with Golang is preferred
- Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
