The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer with 2–4 years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance, and efficient full-stack web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize platforms that power XenonStack’s AI and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of enterprise-grade applications.
Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using modern architectures.
Collaboration & Integration
Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, high-quality interfaces.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and third-party services.
Optimization & Quality
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for stability and improved user experience.
Technology & Process
Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, applying them to ongoing projects where relevant.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar.
Database proficiency in SQL and NoSQL systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with RESTful API development, testing frameworks, and version control tools like Git.
