Senior Platform Governance Manager

About position: A responsible person who manages vendors, contracts, audits, risks, and compliance for CX platforms while monitoring performance, SLAs, KPIs, security, and regulatory requirements. What you’ll do: Own vendor and provider governance across the CX platform portfolio. Manage the contract lifecycle, obligations, renewals and performance follow-up. Coordinate audit preparation, evidence collection and remediation tracking. Run governance forums and steering boards with clear decisions and actions. Drive risk, compliance and control management with Audit, Security, Legal and Procurement. Maintain oversight of SLAs, KPIs, SOC reports and regulatory evidence.
