Job Description Software Ecosystem Management (SEM) is a new OCI initiative being built from the ground up to create a trusted view of Oracle's software ecosystem. SEM processes large volumes of software metadata from multiple upstream systems, normalizes it into a consistent model, and helps teams understand ownership, lifecycle state, and dependency relationships across services.
