About the Role
As the Security specialist within the digital services team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the security, stability, and integrity of our digital platforms. You will play a key role in protecting organisational systems and data, responding to security incidents, and driving continuous improvement across our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 and Azure security services.
Lead the use of Microsoft Defender, Secure Score, and related security technologies.
Investigate and respond to cyber security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices.
Partner with internal teams and external security providers to strengthen our security posture.
Provide expert advice on cloud security, risk management, and compliance.
About You
You will bring:
At least 2 years' experience in an IT security-focused role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure security technologies.
Experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
MCSA (Cloud Platform) level knowledge or equivalent experience. Microsoft security certifications are highly desirable.
