Senior Port And Transportation Engineer

• Lead and manage specialized technical engineering tasks within the division's core sectors, including maritime/water transport, highways, and railway transit. • Spearhead the comprehensive review of design schemes and drive technical optimization for port and transportation infrastructure projects. • Provide robust technical support and subject matter expertise for transportation and infrastructure components during the project bidding and tendering phases. • Actively participate in the formulation of division-wide technical standards and contribute to the continuous development of internal knowledge management and best practices.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Port and Waterway Engineering, Highway and Bridge Engineering, or a closely related discipline. • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of overseas experience in design management, specifically focused on large-scale port or transportation infrastructure projects. • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and practical understanding of international maritime and transportation design standards, coupled with familiarity with FIDIC conditions of contract. • Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a proven track record of successful port or transportation project delivery within the Middle East region will be highly regarded. • Language & Mobility: Must be highly fluent in English (fully capable of utilizing it as the primary working language) and willing to be permanently stationed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
