Summary
Develops silicon test solutions for semiconductor products: defines and executes product test plans, brings up and monitors test hardware (probe cards, load boards, sockets), and creates, debugs and releases test programs to production. Core technologies are ATE systems (Teradyne/Advantest) and coding in VB/C++.
Xsight Labs is seeking a highly skilled Test engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Silicon Test solution for cutting edge technology products.
Responsibilities
- Definition and execution of a product test plan
- Definition, monitoring, review and bring up of test HW (Probe Cards, Load Boards, Sockets)
- Test Program Creation, Debug and release to production.
- Test quality monitoring and maintenance.
Requirements
Requirements
- Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience.
- Experience in definition, development, review and execution/debug of the entire product test solution:
- Test Plan
- Test HW (PC, LB, Sockets)
- Test program
- Data Collection.
Required Experience:
- Experienced with ATE Systems: Teradyne and/or Advantest.
- Experienced in coding: VB and/or C++
- Experienced in test definition and coverage analysis.
- Experienced in Test bring up and debug.
Required Skills:
- Team player
- Strong and in-depth technical skills
- Good communications skills – Internally and with Vendors
- Fluent in English – verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge in HW and SW.
Required Education:
BSEE or MSEE in Electrical engineering
