Senior Power Platform Deployment Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Deployment Manager to join an international and culturally diverse environment where English is the primary language. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on expertise in Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD automation, with the ability to manage deployments across multiple environments and ensure secure, reliable delivery processes.

This role focuses on automating deployment processes, managing releases, supporting low-code and pro-code solutions, and ensuring platform stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and DevOps best practices.

Project scope:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions and custom integrations

  • Automate repetitive deployment and operational processes to improve delivery efficiency

  • Manage releases and change requests across multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, UAT2, Production)

  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and platform teams to accelerate the path from development to production

  • Support low-code and pro-code deployment models using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines

  • Implement and maintain deployment standards, governance, and release management practices

  • Monitor platform health and application performance using monitoring and logging tools

  • Analyze logs and telemetry data to identify issues and proactively improve system reliability

  • Troubleshoot deployment and production issues, minimizing downtime and service disruption

  • Ensure security controls are incorporated into the CI/CD process, including vulnerability scanning and secure deployment practices

  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions

  • Drive continuous improvement of deployment frameworks and DevOps processes

Competence demands:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages/ Portals

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform environments and deployments

  • Proven experience with Azure DevOps, strong knowledge of YAML-based CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with automated testing, deployment, rollback, and release management

  • Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability scanning within CI/CD processes

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services

  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Knowledge of Bicep templates

  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring and operational support

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting: Application Insights / API Insights, Azure Function App logs, Power Platform Flow logs, custom monitoring and analytics solutions

  • Working knowledge of: C# /.NET, PowerShell, Bash, YAML, XML, JavaScript

  • Very good command of English

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in regulated enterprise environments

  • Knowledge of Power Platform ALM best practices

  • Experience supporting multi-environment deployment strategies

  • Understanding of governance and compliance requirements for low-code platforms
