Senior Power Platform Developer/AI Automation Engineer

Seeking a hands-on developer experienced in building, integrating, deploying, and supporting enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• The candidate should be able to develop AI-powered agents and business-process automations, integrate them with Microsoft 365 and enterprise APIs, and ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and production-ready.

SKILLS

Must have

• Power Platform: Practical development experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps, including workflows, approvals, custom connectors, and production support. AI Agents & Integration: Experience building Copilot Studio agents, configuring topics, actions and knowledge sources, and integrating agents with Power Automate and enterprise applications. APIs & Microsoft 365: Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and integrations with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. ALM & Governance: Understanding of Power Platform environments, solutions, connection references, environment variables, deployment pipelines, DLP policies, security roles, and access controls. Production-Grade Engineering: Ability to build reliable automations with error handling, retries, logging, exception management, notifications, and reusable components. Key Differentiators Experience deploying and supporting enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions across development, test, and production environments. Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and authentication issues. Understanding of Power Platform limitations, licensing considerations, and scalable integration patterns. Strong ownership of solutions throughout the development lifecycle, from design through deployment and ongoing support.
