Senior Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Power Platform Developer. This is a high-impact role for a technically advanced professional who combines deep hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform with exceptional stakeholder management skills. This will be a pivotal role in designing, developing, and architecting scalable, enterprise-grade solutions, while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong portfolio of various implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices across the Power Platform, including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies, and secure handling of secrets and credentials.
• Proven expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Advanced knowledge of the broader Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Strong experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs, and data modeling.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting skills, with a track record of building strong client and internal relationships.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and how they complement Power Platform solutions.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members, with a passion for knowledge sharing and team development.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Background in business process analysis and improvement.
• Familiarity with RPA tools and AI integration within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience facilitating technical workshops.
