About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, governance and strategic direction of a modern Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment.This is a hands-on architecture role that combines technical leadership, solution design, Power Platform development and stakeholder engagement. You will shape enterprise digital solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise solutions across:
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • SharePoint Online
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Dataverse
  • Microsoft Forms
  • SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Adobe Sign integrations
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from discovery and design through to deployment and support.
• Build and maintain Power Apps / Power Automate solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, policies and best practices (including CoE-style approaches).
• Drive the Power Platform strategy, roadmap and technical direction.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance and data governance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across development teams and business users.

Essential experience

• Extensive experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and SharePoint Online.
• Proven solution architecture and technical design capability.
• Experience implementing Power Platform governance and standards (e.g., Centre of Excellence frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations, plus security/compliance considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SPFx development
• Azure integration experience
• Adobe Sign integrations
• Microsoft Forms and related M365 services
• Experience in government or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to cyber security and risk management practices
