Senior Power Platform Engineer

Location: Gdynia/Gdańsk

Hybrid - 1 day onside

Rate: 140-160 PLN/h

We are supporting a banking-sector client in finding an experienced Senior Power Platform Engineer. The role focuses on maintaining and developing Power Platform applications and ensuring the infrastructure is ready for AI-driven solutions.

Role

You will be responsible for keeping Power Apps and related services stable, scalable, and well‑integrated. The position requires a strong understanding of how all Power Platform components connect and how they support AI use cases across the organization.

Required Expertise

• Advanced Power Platform skills

  • Designing high‑performance Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps

  • Building reliable Power Automate flows (error handling, RPA, child flows)

  • Dataverse data modeling, security configuration, and advanced column logic

• Professional development capabilities (“pro‑code”)

  • C#/.NET for plugins and custom workflow logic

  • JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side customization and PCF components

  • API integrations, custom connectors, and complex JSON processing

• SQL & Data Engineering

  • Advanced T‑SQL, stored procedures, views

  • Virtual Tables and On‑Premises Data Gateway configuration

  • SQL performance tuning and indexing strategies

• AI & Copilot implementation

  • AI Builder (OCR, sentiment, prediction models)

  • Copilot Studio agents using Generative Answers

  • Azure OpenAI integrations and prompt engineering

• DevOps, ALM & Architecture

  • Solution management and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub)

  • Azure Functions and Logic Apps for offloading heavy workloads

  • Governance, licensing optimization, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Power BI (data modeling, DAX, RLS, embedded analytics)

• Experience with Dataflows and Power Query Online

• Certifications: PL‑400, PL‑600, PL‑500, PL‑300, DP‑300, AI‑102
