Summary
Leads the technical design and build of an enterprise knowledge management platform and automation capabilities across the Microsoft 365 environment (including NIPR and SIPR), working with SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Clearance required: SECRET
Scope of Work: Leads the technical design and build of the enterprise KM platform and automation capabilities across the Microsoft 365 environment for both NIPR and SIPR, including the KM Automation Tool and reusable, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Design and deliver the KM Automation Tool as a prototype.
- Develop and customize Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Develop and update Microsoft 365 governance policies, procedures, and configuration standards in support of KM outcomes.
- Design and sustain the collaborative-platform and information architecture that underpins enterprise knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate builds and compliance actions with G6 across the NIPR and SIPR SharePoint platforms.
