As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical pre-sales strategy and supporting our sales efforts. This is a full-time position based in our modern offices in Phaya Thai, Bangkok.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and lead a high-performing pre-sales engineering team to support the company's sales initiatives

2. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into compelling technical solutions

3. Provide expert-level technical guidance and demonstrations to customers during the sales process

4. Manage the pre-sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to anticipate customer needs

6. Contribute to the development of sales tools, methodologies, and training programs to enhance the pre-sales team's effectiveness

7. Mentor and develop the pre-sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the engineering industry

2. Strong technical expertise and understanding of engineering principles, systems, and solutions

3. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of pre-sales engineers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling business solutions

5. Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

6. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

7. University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
