You will acquire and deepen relationships with affluent consumer and business customers, understand their financial goals, and deliver tailored banking, credit, lending, investment, and deposit strategies. You will manage a book of business, coordinate referrals across banking partners, promote digital adoption, support branch colleagues, and maintain strong risk and compliance controls.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers
- Deepen existing customer relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments
- Lead discovery-driven conversations about customer goals
- Deliver tailored banking and credit strategies
- Provide multi-product financial guidance and ongoing reviews
- Manage and grow a defined book of business
- Coordinate integrated solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners
- Promote digital and mobile banking adoption
- Advise colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and escalate issues in accordance with policies and regulations
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining customer and partner relationships
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 exams or recognized equivalents
- State Insurance license(s)
- SAFE registration
- Ability to work most Saturdays
