You will acquire affluent consumer and business customers, deepen existing relationships, lead discovery conversations, recommend banking and credit strategies, provide multi-product financial guidance, manage a book of business, coordinate integrated solutions with internal partners, promote digital banking, advise branch colleagues, document interactions, manage risk, and escalate issues.

- Manage a defined book of business
- Coordinate warm introductions with internal partners
- Convert qualified opportunities into closed outcomes

- Advise branch colleagues
- Document customer interactions
- Escalate issues and follow policies and regulations
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of building and maintaining customer and partner relationships
- 3+ years of recommending products and services
- Experience recommending financial products
- Experience sourcing, acquiring, and deepening relationships
- Experience managing a book of business
- Experience coaching or supporting peers
- Financial services industry experience
- 3+ years in a licensed financial services position
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 or recognized equivalents
- State insurance licenses
- FINRA Series 65 or equivalent where required
- Securities Industry Essentials exam where required
- SAFE registration
- Ability to work most Saturdays
