(Senior) Presales Consultant/ Engineer (IT Infrastructure,System,Network,Cloud)

Salary: $30,000 – $45,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Pre-Sales: Support the Sales team by providing presales technical expertise and delivering deep-dive product demonstrations to clients and business partners.

• Partner Enablement: Deliver technical training to partners regarding specific product solutions.

• Proposal Development: Prepare and refine high-quality technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.

• Technical Presentations: Conduct professional client demonstrations and presentations tailored to business needs.

• Validation & POCs: Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC) and oversee the necessary technical assets.

• Event Participation: Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.

• Strategic Insight: Maintain a strong understanding of customers’ business requirements and emerging industry trends.

• General Support: Perform other related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Experience: At least 4 years of technical experience with a solid skillset in compute infrastructure solutions.

• Technical Breadth: Broad knowledge across network, security, servers, storage, database, virtualization, backup, Cloud & AI solutions.

• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.

• Mindset: Self-motivated, flexible, and highly attentive to clients’ specific needs and concerns.

• Work Style: Able to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and manage a high volume of requests, including unplanned or unscheduled tasks.

• Reliability: Capable of executing instructions accurately and proactive in requesting clarification when necessary.

• Languages: Good command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
