Senior/Principal Application Consultant
AdalFi is a leading fintech company revolutionizing digital lending in Pakistan. We build intelligent credit infrastructure for banks, enabling them to make real-time, automated lending decisions using advanced data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
In this role, you will:
o Take ownership of high-stakes projects, ensuring timely and flawless implementation for top-tier banks.
o Work directly with customers, leading end-to-end delivery of AdalFi’s solutions.
o Be part of a collaborative team driving innovation in financial workflows.
o Play a critical role in optimizing banking operations, customer experiences, and product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
o Implementation Leadership: Lead all implementation phases, including pre-UAT, UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support.
o Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
o UAT Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee UAT sessions with banks, resolving issues and ensuring readiness for production.
o Issue Resolution: Proactively track and resolve technical and operational issues, escalating when necessary.
o Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance delivery.
o Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
o Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members, helping them grow and succeed.

o Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.
o Advanced technical skills, including SQL, debugging, and understanding of system configurations.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.
o 3-6 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or project management roles, preferably in the banking or fintech sector.
