Senior / Principal ISP Image Tuning Engineer

The Senior / Principal ISP Image Tuning Engineer is responsible for end-to-end image quality strategy, ISP algorithm tuning, and validation methodology, covering the complete imaging pipeline from sensor RAW data to final image output.
This role requires strong technical judgment to balance subjective image quality, customer requirements, and objective measurements (e.g., Imatest), and the ability to independently lead ISP tuning architecture and cross-functional collaboration.

(Required Qualifications）

電機、電子、光電、影像科學或相關科系學士以上
5–10 年以上 ISP 影像調校或相機系統經驗

深度理解：

ISP 架構與影像形成流程

1.色彩空間（RGB / YUV / XYZ / Lab）
2.Gamma / Tone curve / 非線性影像處理
3.實際操作過並且理解與能夠說明 Imatest 或等效客觀量測工具
4.能閱讀並分析 raw / YUV / RGB frame
