Senior Principal Product Manager DEX Trading
Summary
Owns the DEX Trading product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for token swaps, bridges, and limit orders, using SQL and AI tools to prototype and analyze trading primitives.
You will own the DEX Trading product strategy and roadmap across token markets, swaps, bridges, limit orders, and emerging trading primitives. You will identify and prototype opportunities, define product KPIs, analyze data with SQL and AI tools, create product documentation, and lead cross-functional execution through launch.
Responsibilities
- Own the DEX Trading product strategy and roadmap
- Partner with Growth and Operations to launch user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading-volume initiatives
- Identify and prototype new DEX product opportunities
- Evaluate emerging protocols, narratives, and paradigms
- Lead product execution from PRDs and prototypes through launch
- Partner with R&D, UI/UX, QA, and Marketing
- Define and monitor product KPIs
- Analyze data with SQL and AI-assisted queries
- Optimize product performance
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management
- 2+ years working on consumer-facing crypto or DeFi products
- Deep understanding of AMMs, order books, aggregation, routing, cross-chain bridges, perpetuals, and MEV
- SQL and Dune query skills
- Experience using AI tools for research, writing, prototyping, and data analysis
- End-to-end individual contributor ownership
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience at a DEX, aggregator, perpetual DEX, or bridge is preferred
- DeFi usage, published research, on-chain activity, governance participation, or protocol contributions are preferred
- Familiarity with intent-based architectures, solver networks, or TEE is preferred
