Senior Principal Programmer
Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year
Requirements:- We need 5+ years of experience in clinical trial results generation, reporting, and submission processes.
- We need experience supporting Statistical Computing Environments, including process flows, user access, and Biometrics requirements.
- We need knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM, and experience with Tables, Figures, and Listings.
- We need experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and understanding of SDLC, validation, audit readiness, and compliant configuration expectations.
- We need the ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders while tracking setup processes across systems and teams.
- We need practical experience with tools such as Domino Data Lab, SAS, R, Git, Azure DevOps, VS Code, or SAS Studio.
- We review and coordinate clinical trial analysis and reporting setup requests, making sure they are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
- We configure study structures, repositories, datasets, reporting components, and access in line with CDISC and governance requirements.
- We manage role-based access, study configurations, and Git/Azure DevOps resources using approved requests and compliant processes.
- We coordinate environment provisioning with platform administrators so study teams can begin work in a ready and reliable environment.
- We support programming teams during onboarding, transition from legacy systems, and ongoing operations as a first-line technical contact.
- We improve lifecycle management and workflows by documenting processes, supporting validation activities, and automating practical solutions that enhance quality and user experience.
