Senior / Principal Software Engineer / Fully Remote / $180k
Salary: $170,000 – $180,000 per year

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys working directly with clients, contributing to solution architecture, and remaining hands-on throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
This is an opportunity to move beyond coding alone. You'll work closely with customers to understand their objectives, help shape technical solutions, and collaborate with a talented engineering team to deliver modern cloud-based applications that make a real impact.
The Opportunity
As a senior member of the engineering team, you will:
Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Contribute to solution architecture, technical design and technology selection.
Design, build and deliver scalable backend and full stack applications.
Work across the entire software development lifecycle, from discovery through to deployment.
Facilitate technical workshops and architecture discussions with customers.
Mentor developers and champion engineering best practices.
Collaborate with a high-performing, fully remote engineering team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
About You
You'll be a confident software engineer who enjoys both solving technical challenges and building trusted relationships with clients.
You'll bring experience in many of the following:
Extensive commercial software development experience.
Strong backend development skills, some knowledge of Node.js.
Full stack development experience across modern web technologies.
Designing and building RESTful APIs and scalable distributed systems.
Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
Software architecture and solution design.
Working directly with customers, stakeholders or product teams.
Strong communication and consulting skills.
Mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership.
A collaborative approach with a passion for delivering quality software.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud-native development and AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor will be highly regarded.
