Job Description-
We
are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the
implementation,
and continuous improvement of global eInvoicing,
eReporting,
and Tax Compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will
act
as the bridge between Business, Finance, Tax, and IT teams to ensure
compliance
with evolving regulatory requirements while optimizing end-to-
end
invoicing processes.
This
role requires a strong combination of business analysis, process
improvement,
stakeholder management, and technology understanding.
Candidate
must be able to read and troubleshoot XML invoice structures.
Key
Responsibilities
Business
Analysis & Requirements Management
•
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to
eInvoicing,
eReporting, and indirect tax compliance
•
Support requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews across
Finance,
Tax, Operations, and IT teams.
•
Translate business requirements into functional specifications based on
EN16931
•
Perform gap analyses between current and future-state processes.
•
Incident management - root-cause analysis, error resolution
•
Support End to End Testing (E2E) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) -
test
cases, acceptance criteria, validation of XML outputs.
eInvoicing
& Compliance
•
Analyze Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
•
Ensure alignment between local compliance requirements and global
process
standards
•
Support the implementation of country-specific requirements such as:
o
PEPPOL
Internal
Use - Confidentialo ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age)
o
National formats - Xrechnung (DE), FatturaPA(IT), KSeF(PL),
Factur-X(FR)
o
Other regional and global mandates
•
Collaborate with Tax and Finance to ensure regulatory compliance.
•
Support global and regional rollout activities.
Technology
& Integration
•
Work closely with ERP and integration teams.
•
Support integration activities involving:
o
Oracle Fusion ERP
o
eInvoicing service providers
•
Participate in testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Stakeholder
•
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.
•
Manage multiple priorities across international projects.
Required
Skills & Experience
Business
Analysis
•
Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Business
Consultant.
•
Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
•
Experience with process analysis and process mapping.
•
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
•
Experience preparing business cases and functional specifications.
Internal
Use - ConfidentialFinance & Tax Domain Knowledge
•
Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
•
Knowledge of invoice lifecycle management.
• Familiarity
with VAT regulations and indirect tax processes.
•
Understanding of global tax compliance and reporting requirements.
eInvoicing
Expertise
•
Experience with eInvoicing and eReporting initiatives.
•
Knowledge of PEPPOL, EN16931, ViDA, and country-specific eInvoicing
mandates.
•
Familiarity with compliance platforms and digital reporting frameworks.
•
Experience supporting multinational compliance rollouts.
Technology
Skills
•
Understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP
•
Basic understanding of:

XML, XSLT, XSD, UBL, CII - ability to read, validate and
troubleshoot
invoice XML

Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
