Senior Process Engineer [EL]

Supervise Process Engineers and Technicians in managing daily process engineering activities and supporting production efficiency.

Coordinate with internal departments to establish effective manufacturing processes and operational workflows.

Maintain production process documentation, including Work Instructions, SFC controls and SAP records.

Coordinate ECO changes and ensure timely implementation across relevant production teams.

Analyse production performance and drive process improvements through UPH tracking and Kaizen activities.

Maintain Engineering Change masterlists and monitor the status of implementation.

Prepare, review and update Work Instructions to ensure compliance with production requirements.

Provide guidance and training to production personnel on process procedures and updates.

Support NPI activities and ensure production processes are ready for new product introduction.

Provide technical support during mass production and troubleshoot process-related issues.

Participate in ISO activities, including system implementation, documentation and maintenance.
