Senior Process Engineer – Photo Imageable Dielectric

This company is creating a new fabrication process which can improve the compute ability of chips considerably.

After receiving strong funding and HUGE amounts of industry interest, they are adding to their R&D function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise Photo Imageable Dielectric (PID) processes — coating, exposure, development and patterning — for fine-line circuitry, multi-layer build-up and photo-vias.
• Drive multi-layer organic substrate / RDL process development (fine L/S, microvias, interposers).
