Senior Procurement Executive [EL]

Oversee daily procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation evaluation, commercial negotiations and purchase order management.

Analyse MRP requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials, components and equipment to support production operations.

Work closely with suppliers and internal planning teams to expedite deliveries and minimise material shortages.

Monitor inventory levels, replenishment requirements and stocking parameters in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate with logistics providers on shipment arrangements, delivery tracking and customs documentation.

Evaluate supplier performance and work with suppliers to improve quality, delivery fulfilment and inventory management.

Ensure purchasing transactions and supporting documents are processed accurately and submitted to the relevant departments.

Handle supplier returns, RMA cases and non-conforming materials in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Support cost-reduction programmes through supplier negotiations, sourcing improvements and purchasing process optimisation.

Prepare regular procurement reports and monitor purchasing performance against operational targets.
