Senior Procurement Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection
- Monitor inventory levels and plan timely stock replenishment to ensure continuous supply
- Maintain accurate and timely procurement records
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Fluency in spoken, written, and reading Chinese is mandatory to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers
- Familiarity with marine and automation equipment and spare parts is preferred
- Procurement experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
- Ability to source spare parts based on photo or verbal references
- Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and lead procurement initiatives
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
