Senior Procurement Officer

The Financial and Procurement Services Directorate provides functional leadership and specialist advice for Goods and Services related Projects across the department. The Goods and Services Procurement section functions includes providing: Procurement expertise to support the delivery of strategic objectives on behalf of the Department and stakeholders; Procurement advice to enable the delivery of goods and services procurements; and Support to stakeholders regarding procurement policies, procedures, frameworks and templates relating to Goods and Services activities. The Senior Procurement Officer will be supported by a team of procurement and contract management professionals and will work closely with the department’s staff to develop and apply a range of procurement solutions in response to business requirements.
