Job Description\:

You'll support procurement activity across the Employee Experience category, partnering with stakeholders across Reward, Wellbeing and Global Mobility categories to source, manage and improve a wide range of employee services.

You'll lead sourcing activities, negotiate and implement contracts, manage supplier relationships and support the development of category strategies across a diverse portfolio including Health & Wellbeing, Occupational Health, Employee Benefits, Global Mobility, Relocation Services, Tax & Immigration Services and Vehicle Schemes. You'll also work closely with Legal, Data Protection, Cyber Security, Information Security and Finance to support sourcing activities, negotiate contracts, onboard suppliers and manage the governance and assurance activities required throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Core duties\:

  • You will be the business-facing first point of contact for the procurement of Employee Experience services and associated programmes
  • Maintain accurate procurement, supplier, contract and pipeline information and contribute to category reporting, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of sourcing activity, risks, opportunities and key milestones
  • Engage and collaborate with internal governance and assurance functions, including Legal, Data Protection, Cyber Security, Information Security, Finance and colleagues in Shared Services, to support sourcing activities, supplier assurance, contract implementation and risk management
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and requirement owners collaborating proactively to drive value for the organisation
  • Lead sourcing exercises in line with the category strategy and company processes to deliver optimum outcomes for the enterprise and will manage or oversee the end-to-end procurement process (stakeholder and demand management, sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management) for category requirements
  • Support the management of procurement pipelines and category plans, ensuring sourcing activity is forecast, prioritised and delivered in line with business requirements

Essential Skills\:

  • Experience of leading end-to-end sourcing activities, including Request for information, Request For price, Request For Quotations and competitive tender processes
  • Experience of supplier selection, contract negotiation and contract management
  • Experience of building and managing effective stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and levels of an organisation
  • Experience of managing supplier relationships and delivering commercial value
  • Experience of developing and implementing category, sourcing or procurement strategies
  • Experience of analysing supplier, spend and market information to support commercial decision-making and category planning
