Senior Procurement Specialist

How you'll make an impact

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and global objectives.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier identification, RFI/RFP management, negotiation, and contract execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to enhance quality, performance, and value.

• Analyze spending trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and project requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance, conduct business reviews, and drive corrective actions when needed.

• Negotiate complex commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Mentor procurement team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.

• Demonstrated success leading supplier negotiations and delivering sustainable cost savings.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and global sourcing practices.

• Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms, along with advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
