Senior Procurement Specialist

Overview

The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for the interaction with suppliers; conducting tenders; attracting new partners to cooperate.

This position is responsible for the production site in Lipetsk and reports to the Purchasing Team lead in Lipetsk.

Responsibilities

• Interaction with suppliers of materials;
• Conducting tenders for secondary materials;
• Monitoring compliance with and implementation of the raw material supply plan;
• Documentary support for all transactions with suppliers;
• Cross‑functional interaction with other departments; Attracting new partners to cooperate;
• Claim management with suppliers;
• Supplier assessment;
• Budget preparation (annual and quarterly);
• Preparation of reports and presentations at the manager’s request;
• Implementation of measures aimed at improving commercial conditions and the quality of supplied goods.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in procurement at a manufacturing (preferably in the chemical industry);
• Experience working with foreign suppliers;
• Experience working with electronic tender platforms is a plus;
• Knowledge of Incoterms; English language proficiency;
• Higher education (economics/law);
• Proficient PC user;
• Communication skills;
• Cross‑functional collaboration skills;
• Stress resistance.
