Senior / Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders and deliveries.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality and service standards.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms and contractual agreements.
• Work closely with internal departments to understand and fulfil their procurement requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Review purchasing requests and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts and supplier information.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements in procurement processes.
• Support procurement projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in education, school, hospitality, facilities or service-related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
