Annual Compensation Range: The expected salary range for this role is €55,000–€75,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely with product managers, leadership, and stakeholders to define and develop reporting needs.
- Advise business leaders by providing data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
- Accountable for accuracy of reporting, detecting issues, identifying opportunities, standardized reporting across mobile.
- Liaise between product manager and data engineering (e.g. Amplitude) team for instrumenting new reporting, providing detailed analytics, and problem investigation.
- Share data and insights through real-time collaboration (e.g. Slack conversations), general and detailed presentations, and various stakeholder meetings.
- Help enforce responsible and cost efficient data collection while honoring and advocating for data privacy.
- Identify trends and patterns vital for understanding how products are performing and formulates assumptions or hypotheses for guiding future product updates.
- Conduct thorough analysis to gain and share knowledge about the impact of product features and experiments.
- Monitor product telemetry to provide early warnings on emerging issues.
Skills You'll Need to Have:
- 6+ years of overall analytics experience, including 2+ years of experience in consumer product analytics
- Self-directed, proactive, highly detailed-oriented, results-driven, with ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, collaborative environment
- Strong experience with Amplitude and App Store/Google Play analytics is preferred, as they are core to the role’s day-to-day responsibilities. Working knowledge of Firebase, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, and basic SQL is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate and interact across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels
- Competent in product-led growth strategies
- Creative thinker, problem solver, excellent attention to detail and a passion for uncovering meaningful insights
- Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to changes, and maintain positive attitude
